Evidence based, methodical and fair handling of disciplinary situations
Understanding and compliance with your company’s disciplinary procedures and the ACAS code of practice
How to set SMART objectives against which performance can be managed
The use of appropriate communication skills and conflict management in the disciplinary and grievance process

Manage formal disciplinary meetings skillfully in accordance with policy and procedure
